We are running this years Royal Parks Half Marathon together for Rays of Sunshine Children's Charity. 

Having worked for Rays of Sunshine for over 2 years, I have been lucky enough to see first hand the incredible work that they do and the happiness that they bring to brave and deserving young children and their families. 

Their work creates a positive distraction, reduces isolation, improves self-esteem and creates precious memories and smiles.
