Story

Guess who's back?

I know we've been here before, but it's been a while since I ran a marathon so I thought I'd have another crack at it, and raise some money for a worthwhile cause while I'm at it!

You might think this isn't worthy of fundraising but I HATE RUNNING MARATHONS! So this will be a tough challenge, and anyway, Square Pegs are an incredible charity, run by wonderful people, doing awesome work, so please help them out (and make the torture I'm about to endure worth it)

We provide opportunities for vulnerable, socially isolated people with learning disabilities and autism to be involved in high quality Arts based groups, projects and performances. This allows people to be engaged in purposeful activity where they can build friendships and feel a real sense of belonging. We use drama, music and creative based methods to build confidence and self-esteem, develop social communication skills and other transferable skills so that everyone can achieve and maintain positive wellbeing and be their best self.
