This year I am running Cardiff half Marathon for two special causes.

Our paediatric palliative care teams care for children and young people with life-limiting and life-threatening illnesses across Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion and Pembrokeshire. The funds raised will help to purchase resources at home or in a hospital setting, to support children, young people and their families who require palliative or end-of-life care.

I am also raising money for Cwm Seren, to help the team provide additional activities for Mental health patients during their rehabilitation and recovery.
