Here's a great opportunity to see me making a fool of myself. And all for a great charity that supports thousands of vulnerable children around the world. You may well be thinking that you get enough chance to see me making a fool of myself everyday at work or home without any expense, but this will be different.

On Saturday 27th June I have been volunteered to join the It's a Knockout Challenge in South Parks, Oxford. There is no doubt from the joining instructions that things will be getting messy!

It all kicks off at 1130 and you are welcome to come along and offer your encouragement. I am realistic that this encouragement is most likely to be to those seeking to gunk me rather than towards my own athletic achievement..... If you can't make it then I promise that this site will be updated with all manner of visual treats demonstrating the full extent of my humiliation.
