Please dig deep and sponsor me online – it’s quick, easy and totally secure.The time has come to compete at the MAZDA LONDON TRIATHLON on 08 August 2010. This consists of:
1500 metres swim(in the thames)
25 mile bike
6 mile run
I compete in alot of triathlons throughout the year and am very fit. This event is the biggest Triathlon in the world with alot of people competing for a charity. I have chosen to support BRITISH HEART FOUNDATION, why please read on:
Approximately 2.6 million people in the UK are living with coronary heart disease (CHD). You, or someone you know, might be one of them.
CHD is the most common heart condition and the cause of most heart attacks. There are many other heart conditions, such as congenital heart disease, heart valve disease or cardiomyopathy.
