Joe was born in 2008 with Barth Syndrome, it's very rare mainly effects boys, and caused Joe to suffer heart failure as a toddler leading to a heart transplant. The Barth Syndrome Trust has been supportive since he was diagnosed and provides family meets a listening ear and fundraising towards reasearch, we are off to a family weekend in June and we would like to pop a donation in the pot so more events like this can continue in future years. Ps.... joe says he's not walking 13 miles and has a team to push him in his wheelchair!
