Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.  I'm riding in the Belfast-Dublin Maracycle on 28 and 29 June (220 miles) - no doubt along with a couple of thousand others - both to see if I can do it, and to raise some money to help pay for about 100 Romanian kids who will be at  camp in Romania 24-28 June.  We work in some gypsy villages in Romania, where the poverty would seem shocking to Western eyes - think Ireland around 80 - 100 years ago, only in colour and with a few cars around.  

Anything you can do will be well worthwhile - a spur to my riding to the finish and a great investment in the lives of some very needy children.  Have a look at the photos, and thank you.  If more is donated than we need for camp, I will put it towards the support of Stefan & Emilia Grancea, our YFC workers in the villages of Augustin and Ormenis, near Brasov in the east of the country.  They want to expand, and already have some activities with young people from six villages - Augustin, Ormenis, Apata, Belin, Batani Mari and Haghig.
