We provide a safe place & support to prevent youth homelessness

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

As the next part of our 20th anniversary year of fund raising all 5 Partners will be taking part in Roundabouts ‘Sleeping Out’. The event taking place on the night of the 12th November in Sheffield sees them all sleeping rough with the aim of raising money for Roundabout.

Roundabout, which is one of our chosen charities, is organising the event which highlights youth homelessness, one of their key areas of work.  Although none of the Partners can any longer be described as youths and one night of voluntarily sleeping rough cannot be compared to the desperate situation some of the people Roundabout helps experience; it is great opportunity to raise funds for this worthy cause and learn more about the issues first hand.

A fair start in life is the least anyone can expect and we are aiming to raise £1000 from this event.  Every donation is important and will help Roundabout continue the excellent work they have doing since 1977.

Earlier in the year, Tim Shield and Jonathan Pupius kicked off our 20th anniversary year by successfully running the gruelling Sheffield Half Marathon which starts with 5 miles of uphill!
