Following my white collar boxing fight last year when I raised money for LATCH, I have decided to accept another challenge!!!

In September 2012 I will be part of the Captains California Bike Ride, headed up by former Wales Captains Jonathan Davies, Mike Hall and Martyn Williams to raise money for Velindre Cancer Centre.

Now this is no holiday! I will be cycling 390km over 5 days, from the Yosemite National Park to San Fransisco's Golden Gate Bridge! on very challenging mountain roads, and we will be camping along the way!

I lost my mother to cancer so I am keen to raise as much money as possible for Velindre, so please dig deep and show your support.
