On 13th October I will be sleeping out overnight at Wembley Stadium with 90 people from the business community. I am taking part to help raise funds for the Cardinal Hume Centre, where they work to help tackle poverty and homelessness in London. Last year over 1,700 people came to the Centre, where they were given help, advice and support.

Sleeping out for one night clearly doesn't compare to the reality of those who face it day in and day out, but we hope this act of solidarity will raise both awareness and money for the Centre.
