I'm taking part in a team Coast to Coast bike ride in September organised by old friends from Warwickshire. We're doing it all in aid of the fantastic Zoë's Place Baby hospice in Coventry which provides respite, palliative and end of life care to families and their children aged 0-5 who have life-limiting or life-threatening conditions. With three nippers under 6 I can't think of a better cause.
