Hey guys,

So, I am taking part in the 5K santa dash on 2nd Decemeber to try and raise some cash for THE JAMES GREENOP FOUNDATION

I haven't ran, or done any exercise basically since my charity boxing fight in 2016... I'm gonna struggle, but please read below, why its be worth it....

THE JAMES GREENOP FOUNDATION

After the tragic loss of their beautiful boy James, my good friends Russ, Helen and millie greenop began the Foundation to create a legacy for James. They have continued to raise money to help disadvantaged children and young adults. They also run and support a number of local community projects that aim to enhance wellbeing, improve prospects and raise aspirations. 

its an amazing charity to donate to and every penny helps to change lives.

I know its a hard time of year, but if everyone just gave a few quid or 2, it would make a huge donation for xmas.

can you spare a pound or 2?? if so I THANK YOU SO SO MUCH!!!!
