There's not much of a story to tell. Three men, past the prime of their lives, thought running a half marathon was a worthwhile challenge. After now hopefully putting in most of the hard graft, i.e. the training (and the blisters, knee injuries needing frozen peas and colds that is has left us with), the count down to the big day on 15 October is now on.

The half marathon, and the training that has precluded it, is a challenge we think well worth supporting and we welcome donations to Kinder Mountain Rescue (the Charity selected earlier in the year by Sonia Zakova's family) in acknowledgement of these efforts.
