I am running the Chester marathon on the 6th October.

This is my first marathon and it’s a great opportunity to raise a few quid for a worthy cause. 

I have chosen a small charity called Heartburn Cancer UK. 

As a charity they raise awareness of all things related to oesophageal cancer. 

Oesophageal cancer is now the 6th most common cancer in the uk. It is a cancer that is on the increase and because early diagnosis is so important it is important to raise awareness.
