In memory of Gerry Walsh who died just over 7 years ago I am going to attempt to complete Ironman Lanzarote on May 19th 2012.  That includes;

Swim 2.4 Miles

Cycle 112 Miles

& Run 26.2 Miles

All within the 17hours time limit.  www.ironmanlanzarote.com

This is made harder by the fact that the sunny weather, hills and wind make Lanzarote one of the most difficult Ironman circuits in the world!
