On the 8th July 2012 I'll be running the British 10K in London for the RAF Benevolent Fund, a great charity who provide a whole ream of services to anyone who's ever been connected to life in the Royal Air Force. As their website states "We provide a spectrum of care, supporting everyone from children growing up on RAF stations, to those serving today to keep our skies safe, to the veterans who fought for our freedom."
