Hi, thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

As a challenge I have decided to push myself to the limits and have entered in the Castle Triathlon event at Castle Howard on Sunday 22nd July 2012. I must swim in the castle lake, get on my bike and ride a course around the countryside, then finally run a course around the castle grounds. All of these one straight after the other. MADNESS I hear you cry, too right, but I'm booked in so no turning back.

I've been training for about 3 months, going from couch potato to half fit human in this time, I still haven't completed all 3 elements one after the other yet, I'm leaving that challenge to the day, so I need your donations for the event to give me a mental boost.

Since most of us will have known someone who has used Overgate Hospice in their final days of life I have decided to use this event to raise some much needed funds for them so please give generously and I will do all in my power to hobble over the finsh line on the 22nd.
