Thanks for taking the time to visit my  JustGiving page that is in memory of my Dad John Grace. My Dad sadly passed away in August, but instead of receiving flowers we would appreciate a donation to his chosen charity that was dear to his heart.

Our Mission: To cure Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis, and to improve the quality of life of children and adults affected by these diseases.
