I'm taking part in the London to Brighton Bike Ride this year to raise money for the BHF, I have a feeling I might need it by the time I reach Ditchling Beacon! On a more serious note the BHF delivers pioneering research that saves lives. I'll be digging deep to support that, I hope you do too!
