In early July me and a handful of ageing rugby players and friends are attempting to ride from Lands End to John O'Groats in 7 days - 120+ miles per day.  

I am also taking the opportunity to raise money for Oxfam and Rainbows4Children.  Money can be donated here to Oxfam and I will be donating the same amount to Rainbows4Children from money I received when I was knocked off my bike and broke my wrist last year.

Rainbows for children is committed to improving opportunities for children in Ethiopia by improving education.  It has already established and runs a school in Mekele in Northern Ethiopia where it provides primary and secondary education for hundreds of local children.  More details can be found at Oxfam.com and Rainbows4Children.org
