UPDATE!! Thankyou, thankyou thankyou to all who have been so incredibly kind and donated....as you can see the original (admittedly pretty lame) idea of running in scrubs was thrown out for something a lot more fun (and considerably warmer!)

Still not too late donate folks, managed a 1:46 time, that's got to be worth something!!

As many of you know a very dear friend of ours was recently diagnosed with cancer: Macmillan have been fabulous in the support that they've given. So I thought I'd run the Sony Ericson Half Marathon on the 4th October to raise some money for these wonderful folks. For the fat rugby player I have now become this is no longer the mean feat it was as a svelt Royal Marine, particularly as I'll be running it in hospital scrubs!!
