None of us get any younger, and we all need challenges to keep us going. Somehow, completing the Brighton Marathon in April 2016 seemed to be a good idea at the time...

But what makes it worthwhile is to know that I'm running for a great cause. Us in a Bus is a Redhill based charity that does incredible work with severely disabled  people, helping them to increase their confidence and improve their communication skills. The work that they do requires real dedication, and they desperately need funds to help them continue their fantastic efforts.
