Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

On the 24th July, Newcastle Fans TV will take on The Magpie Channel in a charity football match on the roof top pitch at NUCASTLE ( three minutes away from St James Park).

The main reasons why we are raising money for this important cause is because the North East has one of the highest male suicide rates in the country. According to the latest figures three times as many men in England commit suicide than women.

We are hoping through this event more men who are suffering from mental health issues will speak up and seek for help with whatever struggles they may have in life. Football is a release for many people and especially in Newcastle as we have one of the most supported clubs in the country.

Sky will double the final total aswell.

Any help you can give will be greatly appreciated and 100% of all donations will be for the Newcastle United Foundation.

About the charity
