3 Peaks Challenge · 8 June 2018

Working with district, provincial & national partners in Zambia & Mozambique, we support lasting, local solutions to reach everyone with water, sanitation & hygiene, leaving no one behind. Clean water, decent toilets & good hygiene practices, mean good health, and greater access to education

Story

Des, Jonathan and Darren are going to test their endurance and fortitude by tackling the 3 peaks (Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon) on 8th to 9th June 2018. We are raising money for 3 charities: 1 international, 1 regional and 1 local - all dear to our hearts. Village Water was founded by one of our great friends in Shifnal.

They believe everyone should have access to safe water. With a focus on self-help, community mobilisation, capacity building and sustainability, our projects are focused on maintaining long-term success to ensure the people we work with not only have safe water to drink, but have more time to earn a living, to go back to education and to spend time with their family. Being healthier is the first step away from poverty, through our integrated projects we have seen tens of thousands of families and communities lives changed for the better.

You can't argue with that!
