Annecy Challenge 2018 · 4 October 2018 to 7 October 2018 ·

For 25 years, we have organised cycle events, mainly in Europe. We have raised a huge £4,378,361 mainly for cancer, heart and other medical research. We pride ourselves that EVERY PENNY that has been raised has been paid to charity - our participants paying the full fees for event entry themselves.

Story

Thank you all for visiting my fundraising page

As part of a scratch team of 4, collectively we are raising money for charities personal to each of us by riding our bikes mostly uphill over 3 days  and over 500 miles from Rouen through central France to Annecy in the Alps.

Along with 53 other teams we are taking to the road as part of the Challenge Adventure Charities Annecy Challenge 2018.

Day 1 Thurs 4th Oct:   Rouen – Montargis 180 miles, 2587m ascent.

Day 2 Fri 5th Oct: Montargis - Macon 190 miles 3677m ascent.            Day 3 Sat 6th Oct: Macon - Annecy 140 miles 4618m ascent.

We start on Thursday 4th October. This is self funded event where all the monies I raise will go to both the Motor Neurones Disease Association and the Challenge Adventure Charities, being both the British Heart Foundation and Cancer Research.

Many of you will know that my father died in June this year following a diagnosis 6 weeks earlier of Motor Neurones Disease. While his suffering was mercifully short, for far to many they really are not so lucky. Any support you can give would be greatly appreciated to help fight this most miserable of diseases

Thank you from all of us for your support
