Support Dogs is a charity dedicated to improving independence and quality of life for people living with some of the most challenging medical conditions. We train specialist assistance dogs to achieve this.   

Over the past 12 months, the charity has faced an unprecedented increase in people contacting us for help. Support Dogs received over 4,000 requests for help, equal to 10 calls a day from a family or individual affected by autism, epilepsy or a physical disability.
