Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I am taking part in my first Triathlon this Saturday at Tatton Park. http://www.tattontriathlon.co.uk/ 

It involves swimming 750m with all the duck poo in Tatton Lake, cycling 19km and running 5km. I am aiming to do this in under 2 hours but my main goal is just to finish!

So far I have been training in preparation by doing the Manchester Buka 10km run in May, the Manchester to Chester 53 miles cycle ride this July and have been practicing my open water swimming in Salford Quays.
