At Bluebell Wood, we care for babies, children and young people with life-limiting conditions. We support hundreds of families, both in our hospice and in family homes. It costs around £6.5m to keep our doors open for families across South Yorkshire and beyond. We receive 16% Statutory funding.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

There are 4 of us from our school running for our local children's hospice, we're part of a bigger team of 125 runners they have for the hospice this year.  We went to visit recently and it really struck us how dedicated the staff and volunteers were in making the place as happy as possible for the children.  They are looking to build a room for families to stay in just after their child has passed away, so that they can spend some quiet time together, without any worries.  They estimated £25,000, so if all 125 of us make just £200 each they'll make it.  We are also raising money at school though any support you can give will be greatly apprecaited.  Thanks!
