St Helens 10K Run - 10th March 2013 · 10 March 2013 to 11 March 2013 ·

The Steve Prescott Foundation was set up by a totally inspirational man Steve Prescott MBE. In 2006 he was diagnosed with Pseudomyxoma Peritonei a terminal cancer & sought out to raise funds for The Christie Hospital and the Rugby League Benevolent Fund. The SPF changes the lives of so many people.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I'm running the St Helens 10k on 10th March 2013 with three work colleagues to raise money for a local charity, The Steve Prescott Foundation.

This Foundation supports The Christie Hospital in Manchester (for cancer care) and tryAssist which is the Rugby Football League Benevolent Fund which supports people in hardship or distress as a result of serious injury.

The run starts and ends at the new St Helens Rugby League Stadium.
