I served with Andy in Afghanistan in 2009. During our time there he took us under his wing and for that I am forever grateful. I would like to give something back, so here it is; Ironman Switzerland 09/07/23!

 This consists of. 3.8km swim, 180km bike followed by a marathon. It will be a long gruelling day but for a great cause.
