So my brother and I have decided to cycle 150 miles next Saturday from London to Cardiff to raise money for Velindre Cancer care.

A year ago we lost our Dad and feel we should give back and help support others going through what we went through.

So the week countdown to raise some money to Beat Cancer begins.
