It's that time again but this time a marathon! I'm running for a charity very close to my heart. The support and care they provide to individuals and families is an invaluable resource that must be protected. As Tesco say 'every little helps' so even it is only £1 it will be greatly appreciated and go a long way towards supporting people being provided with end of life care.  

With only one week to go the nerves are setting in. Training has tapered and I'm beginning to wonder why I said I would do this. Then I think about all those people who would run a marathon everyday if it meant having a loved one back with them. Thanks so much for your support!!
