I decided 2020 was the year for me to run the London Marathon. Having run for Get Kids Going in the Brighton Marathon a few years ago I did not hesitate to approach them again to support them through my running efforts. I have learnt about their brilliant work in getting disabled children and young people into sport where the money they raise can provide adapted equipment to make sports accessible to all, from athletics to rugby, from skiing to archery. They also provide grants to support budding paralympians where no or little funding is currently available.

Please do help this wonderful charity by showing your support for my run in London on the 26th April 2020. That support can take any form, but if you are able to donate a few pounds then you are helping a young person pursue a dream.

I will keep you posted of my progress over the coming months, and my lovely family are helping me with a few other fundraising events. So watch this space.
