The 3-Peak-Challenge

Hi there,
In all honesty, I was planning to complete this challenge anyway - and then the thought occurred to me.. why am I not fundraising for this? So now I am...
My chosen charity is the Children's Bereavement Centre, which is based in Newark and covers the Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire area. The reason I chose this place above all the many, many worthy charities out there, is because unlike all of the others, I have personally benefitted from these guys, and I think it would be really lovely to give something back.
So for those of you who don't know (and for those of you that haven't worked it out yet), Sue's Place is dedicated to the support of children affected by death, divorce or separation of someone close - which I'm sure we all can agree is a diverse and common problem, that so many people have to suffer through alone. They attempt to tackle this never ending problem by working with people in a variety of different methods - including play therapy, bereavement camp, a phone service, and so much more.
Anyway... the nature of the challenge is pretty simple - climb 3 mountains, in 3 countries, in 3 days.
Ben Nevis - Scotland
Scafell Pike - England
Mount Snowdon - Wales
Easy...
The 3 climbs are all fairly simple , low effort climbs, the challenge comes with the constant travelling and moving camp. To add to the challenge - we won't be using a car for travelling. We will be using our feet and whatever public transport we can find.
To complete the challenge I must reach the summit. No matter what the weather says.
Wish me luck and please donate!
Have a great day!
