Paul and I will be taking part in a group walk around a local park with our fellow Slimming World members on Sunday 10th September to "Walk All Over Cancer". Paul and I will be doing a total of 3 miles on the day. As you know I'm not a walker and I HATE  exercise (and normally avoid it at all costs) but I HATE Cancer even more!
