I feel that now is the time to do something about my weight and fitness levels and raise money for a good cause at the same time.  Please read Luna's story it is both heartbreaking and inspirational, I cant add any more words other than please read all about Luna and her family and you will realise why I have decided to choose this wonderful charity.  A little bit about me:  I would like to lose weight and I want to be able to complete a 15k run in April, and within a good time. Last year I did a 10k obstacle course/ run, and I didn't realise just how unfit I was, at about 2k I started to slightly hyperventilate and if it wasn't for my team mates I would of happily laid on the floor and wait for the medics to carry me off.  I finished... eventually the 10k.. not in the best of times and I walked a lot of it too, and it still nearly finished me off.  Clive was proud and posted photos of me finishing, and  I was really embarrassed at the size of me, aswell as being shocked at what I clearly lacked...fitness!!.  So now time to sort it out, having been depressed about my weight for years, I gave myself a talking to and it comes down to the fact that I am the only one who can change it and make myself happy again.  I also want to wear nice clothes and feel good about myself and show my children that if you put your mind to something you can do it.    So do it!! stay focused! and raise money for a good cause is my motto.   Many thanks for reading..  If you can give a little towards Luna's Little Stars in Lunas memory and enable  other children fighting this awful disease to create wonderful memories, I, Luna and her family and other families would be very grateful.
