I love to walk and be outdoors, and the Folkestone to Eastbourne route will be the last stretch of a walking journey that I've been making with my fantastic Ups and Downs walking friends.  Since last year we've tackled the South Downs Way, the North Downs Way and the Downs Link so this section completes the circle... about 400 miles (over 600km!)

I'm also a teacher, traveller and small business owner who believes that everyone deserves a leg up to help them on their journey. So when I got a lucky break recently with a new work opportunity that led me to meet Tessa, one of the CHEF co-founders, I knew that this was a charity that I wanted to help.

I'll be asking my various walking and outdoor adventure friends to make a small donation during June to celebrate all that's amazing about walking, talking, seeing beautiful landscapes and sharing good times.  Hope you'll agree that this is a great way to offer a leg up to aspiring entrepreneurs in Lesotho.
