<p>Hi All - I'm raising money for Cancer Research UK by running the Cardiff Half Marathon on Sunday 16th October 2011.</p> <p>I think most families have been affected by cancer so feel pretty strongly about raising money for this charity. The training is going well, building up the distance nicely.
