Wax Digital Coast to Coast Cycling Challenge · 18 July 2015

The charity's three helicopters and four rapid response vehicles operate 365 days a year, with doctors and paramedics on board providing enhanced prehospital care to people across the entire North West region.

Story

Three of my colleagues and I will be taking part in a 180 mile Coast to Coast cycle Challenge powered by Wax Digital. The ride from Walney to Whitby will take place over two days – 18th and 19th of July 2015.

Each of us has personally picked a charity to cycle for and my choice is the NW Air Ambulance.

This charity is a cause close to my heart after a good friend urgently required their services a few years ago, making me realise how essential their services are. They are available 365 days a year, helping many people get the medical attention they urgently need to prevent death or long term disability, but aren't funded by the government - they rely on donations

My employers Wax Digital are supporting me so every penny donated will go directly to the Air Ambulance

Please donate and help us make a difference.
