Our beautiful little mum Phyllis, passed away on the 17th January this year, aged 88, after a short acute illness, but battled against dementia for the last 5 years. Sage house helped her with the activities at the day centre and gave amazing support for Julie who took her there. We want to thank them by raising some funds in place of flowers for mums funeral.
