As most of you are aware I was diagnosed with an Epidermoid Brain Tumor in March 2016.

It has been well behaved and caused me no problems until the end of April this year when my life was turned upside down, literally! Some strange symptoms started to plague me and got progressively worse. The team at The Walton Centre confirmed that the squatter has grown. Although surgery was booked it was then cancelled, due to it being a dangerous little bugger and so the symptoms are progressive and life is strained.

My family and friends are wonderful, but there are some hard bits that I can't share. That is where The Brain Tumor Charity has stepped up and is helping me and thousands of others like me, deal with the changes these Tumors are causing to our lives.

This all may sound rather daunting, and I suppose it is, but, I am still Julie, I still love to laugh and share life with you all and I won't just give up.
