Update.....struck down by flu but 3 brave souls...Adrienne, Scott and Lynda braved the elements to polar plunge on 1st Jan 2020. Alison and I will run into the sea (with photographic evidence) later this month when we have both recovered. Thanks for all your donations xx

Once again I will be starting off the New Year by Polar Plunging into the sea in Irvine with some fabulous pals Adrienne, Lynda, Scott and Alison. My third halo is at the ready as the previous two got drookit!! Last year it was mainly for 'fun' but this year I am fundraising to raise awareness and support for CHAS Scotland which seems appropriate at the moment. No pressure to give as I know it is an expensive time of year and many people will have already donated to favourite charities. However....1st January 2020 promises to be both freezing and rainy so if you can a wee donation would be a welcome incentive 😊
