As many of you know, I am not a runner by any means therefore this is a huge challenge for me! If my training is anything to go by im not going to find the GNR easy but im determined to do it!! Im running with my sister Suzanne so we can get each other through it.  

I am running for Bowel Cancer UK as bowel cancer is sadly a disease our family has been affected by.  We lost our mum to bowel cancer when we were children.  Its thanks to charities like Bowel Cancer UK, that bowel cancer is much more treatable now than it was and goes a long way to raising funds for research and raising awareness.
