I first heard about Quinn’s retreat at the County Durham Together Awards last year and was incredibly moved by their story.Suicide and mental health has  sadly become a part of every day life and more and more people are   affected  by it .Quinn’s retreat is a charity offering a retreat for those bereaved by suicide, please have a look at their website  to understand how the charity works www.quinnsretreat.org.uk
