The Gentlemans  Night Out charity (yes that really is it's name,and yes they really do exist, and fortunately it's not that kind of charity!) is based in the Midlands and was started by a bunch of great guys who just wanted to give something back.  One of those guys is a very close friend of mine and so I have the real honour this year of also being able to give a little back by running 26.2 miles around the streets of London.  I have always wanted to run the London marathon and now i have a really good reason to do so.  Times are tough but if you can give a little it would be really appreciated by me and the charity.
