On 22nd August 2014, my favourite uncle, Giles, took his life, aged 47. This was a massive shock to all his friends and family as we always saw Giles as a happy, fun, loyal person. We never noticed his sadness.
There was one thing that my Uncle Giles loved to do; skydive. During his short life, Giles performed over 100 skydives.
Therefore, in his memory, I will be doing a sponsored tandem skydive on 17th October 2015 for a charity called Restore.
Restore supports people with mental health issues in Oxfordshire to recover and get work. They provide a range of mental health support services including coaching, recovery groups and training.
