I am doing this in memory of wonderful husband Ash who left us so suddenly and unexpectedly.He died from severe atheromatous stenosis of left anterior descending coronary artery.Ash was most wonderful and caring dad to three young children.He touched so many life's with his kindness and giving heart.His biggest passion was running, he's done few marathons, half marathons and many many 10k.Ashraff manage to complete his very last 21 min run before he left us.He was very fit and wasn't aware of his problem and always pushed himself to the limit. I would incarage to do health check regardless your fitness level.
