Virgin London Marathon 2014 · 13 April 2014 ·

Over 150,000 of us in the UK have MS. It’s unpredictable and different for everyone. But it doesn’t have to be this way. We’re the MS Society. We understand what life’s like with MS. We're here for you through the highs, lows and everything in between. Together, we are strong enough to stop MS.

Story

I'm running the London Marathon in April 2014 for the MS society. I'm lucky enough to be invovled as a reseacher for the Amiloride Clinical Trial In Optic Neuritis (ACTION trial) that is funded by the society, and have decided to give something back!

I know first hand how vitaly important this charity is in both the practical support it gives to people suffering MS, and the ground breaking research it funds into this challenging ilness.

I've run one marathon before in Edinburgh, and this time I'm not only hoping to improve my time (4hrs 1min and 59 secs) but also to remember and put vaseline on my nipples :-s

Any donations you can give would be amazing and help me make my (gulp) £2,000 target for the society!

Cheers!
