My 8th birthday!!! 🎉 🎈 

Usually I take part in swimming competitions and use them to raise money for my chosen charity. Due to Covid-19 this is not possible so instead I wish to use my birthday to raise some money for the Northwood African Education Foundation (known to many who donated previously as Broomwood in Ethiopia). They are facing more difficult times than many of us and they are not even so lucky that they can do online learning.

Due to the global pandemic and most recently the significant political unrest, life for those at St. George's School(Broomwood in Ethiopia) has been extremely disrupted last year. Schools were closed due to the pandemic until at least September 2020, affecting over 26 million children in Ethiopia.

All funds raised will go directly to St. George's School in Ethiopia, helping feed and educate more than 400 pupils each month.
