Since 2003 Tender has been working to promote healthy relationships in the lives of young people. Tender knows that 16-25 year olds are at the highest risk of experiencing abusive relationships, which is why they target schools, PRUs and youth centres to reach as many young people as they can.

For the 3 years that I've been working with Tender I have learnt so much and been able to grow into a better person from having the opportunity to contribute to how best to help and educate my own peers.

Over the last two years alone Tender reached more than 50,000 young people and with your support, they could reach thousands more. That is why we are running the 10k and asking friends and family to donate to this life changing charity!
